We use Black Angus Beef for our Italian beef, with a variety of Italian seasonings. It’s the same recipe that Papa Joe brought over from Sicily and began making in Chicago over 50 years ago.

Not too salty, just the right amount of seasoning, and all the flavor that you want from Italian Beef.
