Growing up, I was fortunate to spend summers with my grandparents in Sicily. These visits were filled with culinary adventures, especially in the kitchen with my grandfather. Together, we’d prepare chicken cutlets, marinating them in olive oil, coating them with breadcrumbs, and grilling them over charcoal. This method infused the chicken with rich flavors without the heaviness of frying.

Quality Ingredients: We source fresh bread from D’Amato’s Bakery, known for its commitment to natural ingredients without chemicals or preservatives. Our breadcrumbs are made in-house from this exceptional bread.
Baked, Not Fried: Instead of deep-frying, we bake our marinated, breaded chicken cutlets to achieve a crispy texture that’s lighter and healthier.
Homemade Marinara: Our tomato basil marinara sauce is a nod to my grandmother Rizzo’s recipe—simple and flavorful, made with tomatoes, onions, basil, and garlic.
Finishing Touches: The baked chicken is dipped in our marinara, placed on D’Amato’s bread, and topped with provolone and imported grated Parmesan cheese from Greco and Sons. A final toasting in the oven melds the flavors perfectly.
